Dominik has extensive experience in global supply chain, domestic and international distribution solutions, order to cash for business to business as well as eCommerce, new business start-up and turnaround. Besides having a successful corporate career, Dominik also enjoyed being an entrepreneur starting businesses in logistics and supply chain as well as energy efficiency solutions for commercial applications in the US. Dominik enjoys acting as an advisor in supply chain and held a board position at a regional 3PL. He has expertise in Consumer Electronics, Consumer Goods, Home Goods (Furniture), Automotive and Software/ Digital Media.
Dominik heads up North Bay Distribution Inc., an omni-channel logistics service provider supporting start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies with distribution and fulfillment solutions across North America. Prior to joining North Bay Distribution, Dominik held the position as EVP Contract Logistics North America (US, Canada and Mexico) at Ceva Logistics (part of CMA CGM). In his role he oversaw a book of business of $850M, a team of >5,600 employees across 70 locations with over 12M sq ft of warehousing space for customers in several industry verticals like automotive, technology, consumer retail, aerospace/ industrial and governmental/ defense.
Before Dominik was hired on by Ceva Logistics, he had a long, successful career at Arvato Supply Chain Management (part of German media giant Bertelsmann), with his last role being EVP/ Managing Director heading up the North America and Brazil region. Dominik holds a 4 year degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Stuttgart Hohenheim, Germany. Dominik and his family reside in Houston, TX.
