Dary Hintz serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at North Bay Distribution, Inc., where she has joyously worked for 18 years. Throughout her tenure, she has had the privilege of being a member to the company’s growth and success, witnessing its expansion into multiple states as well as international operations in Canada. Dary takes immense pride in leading a talented team of HR and payroll professionals, all of whom are committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
With a passion for people and process, Dary is honored to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s HR strategy, ensuring North Bay Distribution remains an industry leader by attracting and retaining top talent, optimizing employee engagement, and maintaining compliance across all operations and focusing on fostering a healthy company culture where each team member knows that they are valued.
Her leadership is grounded in both academic and professional expertise. Dary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Mercy College and an MBA in Organizational Psychology from Capella University. Her educational background has been instrumental in shaping her approach to strategic human resource management, employee development, and organizational culture.
Residing in Florida, Dary enjoys life outside of work with her family and her beloved rescue animals.
