Phoebe has been working for the company for over 13 years. She has grown together with the company from where it had 1 location in Vacaville to multiple locations across states and Canada border.
She leads a small team who are very efficient and passionate about finance. Her areas of expertise are cash flow management, financial budgeting and strategizing, risk analysis and mitigation, M&A due diligence, vendor management, internal control, key performance indicator reporting, financial reporting and analysis, staff management and mentorship, organization leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
During her years of accounting and financial management, she has gained extensive background and experience in maximizing financial operation performance. She has acquired deep knowledge of financial regulation and compliance as well as the ability to develop strategic financial planning and analysis to maximize profit and control costs. She has a proven track record for consistently achieving organization goals and objectives while maintaining sustainable growth and long-term value for stakeholders.
She passed the CPA exam after graduating from college but decided to be in private accounting. She holds a 4-year degree in Business Administration with High Honors from the Haas School of Business – UC Berkeley.
