Lee started North Bay Distribution almost 50 years ago based on a simple belief that if you deliver a superior service that surpasses the customer’s expectation for the sheer notion that doing a good job builds a long-lasting foundation of trust and integrity, customers will stay with you for a long time.

Lee’s business philosophy extends into taking care of his employees. Career longevity is a pillar of success at North Bay Distribution, with the average employee tenure of 10 years. Something rarely heard of in this industry.

Leland Perry starts his business with one customer, Emporium
